All month long I did 22 In Our Own Voice presentations and Ending The Silence Presentations for parents and students. Above is a video of all the places I have been for this month. It is a passion of mine to help others learn about mental health wellness and positive coping strategies they can use to be healthy, take care of themselves and practice self-love and self-care.
