#MayisMentalHealthAwarenessMonth
All month long I am doing presentations to spread mental health awareness. Today I did a Ending the Silence Student Panel at Epic High School South in Queens, New York for 100 high school students with Nina Rondon, Allison McCants, and Patti Billings. It was a honor to be on the panel with phenomenal women and to share mental health information, the benefits of medication, and coping strategies with students focused on their mental health and wellness. Thank you Ms.Supreet Kaur, and Patt Billings for coordinating this event. Here is a collage of pictures from today. It was a blessed time, please see my NAMI In Our Own Voice presentation: https://youtu.be/uadyoZbPy3w
