All month long I am doing presentations to spread mental health awareness. Today I did 4 Ending the Silence Student Presentations at The Urban Assembly School for Green Careers,Manhattan, New York for 11th and 12th grade students with Nina Rondon and Porkiepoo. It was a blessing to share my story, mental health information and coping strategies with students focused on their mental health and wellness.
