Lady Charmaine Day is a graduate of Cornell University (Class of 1993, BSILR) and Columbia University (Class of 1999, MA Org.Psych.). Lady Day saw the need for products celebrating being a Black Ivy League graduate. So she created her own products and in January 2022, Lady Charmaine Day launched the Black Ivy brand, elite products in celebration of Black Ivy League Graduates.
