As a mental medical condition advocate, I believe that it's important to share that I have Bipolar Disorder Type 1. I was awarded by Evergreen Awards as the 2025 Best Mental Health Advocate in New York. With everything going on,we all need a inspirational story, mental health coping strategies and pictures to uplift us.
