Let Go of the Lies...There comes a point in everyone's life when they have to deal with the truth about their life. The good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. All of it. It can be very hard to let go of the lies we tell ourselves that help us get by. People who love you and care about you don't go around abusing you and putting you in pain. God didn't create us to be other people's physical, emotional, financial or spiritual punching bags. You are valuable because God loves you and you deserve only the best.Let go of the lies that you have been telling yourself that allows you to keep negative, nasty people near you and in your inner circle. Stop the self-abuse today! Choose peace, love, and happiness and to ALWAYS walk in truth and the light. The Bible is clear on what happiness is and the peace that comes when you deal in the truth. Jesus was the ONLY sacrifice needed for your happiness. He didn't ask you to be a victim, martyr or to allow other people to abuse you. Remember, you are beautiful, valuable, worthwhile and special. You deserve only the best. And that means, receiving the best treatment from everyone you know. And if people aren't giving that to you, it is time for you to let them go and exit them out of your life, this is one mental health wellness coping strategy I use in my life. We ALL need mental health wellness coping strategies to stay sane and mentally well in this chaotic world. Throughout my recovery journey from Bipolar Disorder disorder, I have come to understand the power of my voice, my story and my mental health wellness coping strategies. Note to self:
You are never too old and it's never too late to live your dreams. You have the rest of your life to become who you are destined to be. Let Go...Let God. The God we serve is always on time.Today if you are dealing with a situation that has a man made deadline,don't think that God can't resolve the problem. First of all, God is not on man's time. He always delivers solutions in a divine time frame because HE MADE EVERYTHING. So relax,your Heavenly Father will work it out in a miraculous way. WHATEVER IT IS!"FOR NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD! Luke 1:37"
With God all things are possible. There is nothing limiting you but you. Your blessings have a designated time to meet you. A delay is not a denial but a greater delivery every trial has an expiration date. Your latter years will be your best years. Enjoy the journey, because your future is bright. #HelloBeautiful!!!We made it through the first three quarters of 2025 praise God with God's blessings:a roof over our heads, clothing on our back, food on our table, a source of income, good health, sanity and good times with family and friends. God has been so good to you and I! Just wanted to remind you to leave your problems, cares and issues in God's capable hands. God is in control and he can and will handle the situation you are facing. So do your part, "Let Go and Let God!" Trust and believe that whatever issue you are facing, if you pray, ask God to handle it, leave it in hands, don't pick it back up and
