About my book:
Lady Charmaine Day is a Cornell University class of 1993 Bachelor’s of science Industrial and Labor Relations graduate. She graduated from Columbia University in 1999 with a Masters of Art degree in Organizational Psychology. She has over 25 years HR executive experience, is currently a Pastor of Unlimited Help Ministry www.ladycharmaineday.com for the last 16 years, 16 years Taboo Talk Radio Show and Taboo Talk Podcast producer and host,published Author of 11 books and creator of Black Ivy Footwear, Clothing, Accessories, and Music. Lady Charmaine Day was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder at age 26. In 2002, 2005 and 2009 she went through relapses from the disease where she experienced manic episodes. There are few memoirs written by someone while insane and recovering from insanity. Very few people are brave enough to share their journey. To God be the glory!!!Thank you soooooo much for celebrating our marriage over the years with your support of us on this platform. We appreciate it and you.This is us since 2010-present!!! What a blessed journey. And God willing there will be many more years to come in the name of Jesus Christ. I am soooooo grateful and honored to be Warren's wife. Warren is the greatest gift God blessed me with and my daily proof that God answers my prayers. #HelloBeautiful!!!Just a reminder, I am a keynote speaker.July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.On Saturday, July 27,2024,I was honored to be a keynote speaker with Nina Rondon for the Community Mental Health Session at Elmhurst Baptist Church in Elmhurst, Queens. It was a honor to share my story and coping strategies with the Community doing a NAMI NYC In Our Own Voice presentation. The audience participated throughout the presentation.There were a lot of questions and comments. The event was well attended. Assemblymember Steven Raga, NAMI Queens Nassau Program Administrator John Johnson, and NAMI NYC Director of Public Policy & Advocacy Jonathan Chung were among those who came.
